Grunau installed HVAC with pipe fabrication for a steam lateral and chilled water utility connections to this new addition to the medical center. Utilizing BIM design, Grunau's underground utilities crew excavated the site and Grunau pipefitters installed approx. 1000 feet of high-pressure & low-pressure steam lines and pump condensate. Extreme coordination with two general contractors ensured the job minimized disruption to the hospital staff, patients, and other project crews. The tight schedule still maintained Grunau's benchmark of excellence with every weld held to x-ray quality standards.
